If that's all that wrong I would say about 1,500.00, but could be more..

If you are running an amp you need a fuse from the wire in engine compartment to said same, also I install a remote on/off to amp somewhere on dash or hidden. Also the stereo has it's own fuse box or resistor/fuse, but I still install another fuse in that line for protection, depending on the amount of wire damage you can buy the wire harness that is the truck side and a new one for the radio side. Sounds like some where you had a hot wire touch metal to cause the problems or an incorrect install from day one, as you can't take the power from the amp from the radio hot wire too much load... Turning the amp up should not of caused the problems.. you can buy matching color wire and heat wrap so that doesn't happen again and returns to orginal wiring.... the fuse for the amp depending on size should be no more than 6-12 inches from the power source in engine compartment,, the radio power constant hot keep the station/clock stuff all in memory than the other wire is switched for all other controls, the blue is a remote wire which turns on and off the amp only to supply low voltage to unit, another 10ga wire is run with a 30amp at min. depending on your system.. I don't see much money if you can do the labor, it is pretty easy...
