The switch that handels wipers, wash and cruise control does'nt work

Asked by May 24, 2013 at 03:15 AM about the 1993 GMC Sierra 1500 K1500 SLE 4WD Standard Cab Stepside SB

I think it's an earthing problem and if so where can I check with multimeter?
Fuse is okay.

I would suggest looking for a new handle on EBay or something. Could just be old, and time for a new handle.
