Dropping rpms when it accelerated

Have 93 GMC Sierra 4.3 . When it
gets up to about 55 it starts
dropping rpms. Pushing gas does
nothing. Have replaced plugs,
roter,  throttle body, fuel filter. Fuel
pump was replaced in the last
year. Thought it was fixed but 2
days ago driving truck just died try
to crank it not happening. Ended
in a wreck. Several people have
looked at it but still not right. Any
help would be appreciated

Heck, just keep throwing parts at it. You would have been better off taking it to a qualified mechanic.
