Hello everyone I have an 06 envoy Denali 5.3
with 173,000 miles recently when I start it I
get what I believe is lifter noise for a few
seconds then goes away but then my oil
pressure drops on the idiot dash and the
noise comes back if I give it gas oil pressure
goes up noise goes away once the vehicle is
warmed up it’s fine oil pressure is good and
no noise I’ve cleaned oil pressure sensor
screen no codes other then fuel level sensor
so I’m wandering if it’s my oil pump or if my
engine is sbout shot thanks for anyone’s time
