My 2000 Ram 1500 cargo van gas gauge and turn signals will not work whats this mean?

yes all are fine Had fuel pump replaced 6 months ago had a code come up in digital areamfor miles on the van - it was a for fuel pump and /or relay replacement (looked the code up). cant imagin in 6 months 3,000 miles it needs a new one.
