My 2001 dodge ram van 1500 won't crank. it turns over, but no crank. fuel pump works, there is fuel pressure, there is fire to the ignition module, and it won't crank even with starter fluid? AHHH! Help please?
good fire? have you jumped a timing belt tooth? sounds like.
how many miles are on this engine, Joe?
tear it apart and have a looksee...worst that can happen is you'll have to put it back together again, at least you could line it up on TDC, and see what's out of whack...not sure if yours has NO distributor, but if it doesn't will have to look at the marks on your "silent cam" which controls the spark and cam position relative to TDC on the power stroke...heck you know what you're doin....will stop here. post your progress as facts unfold...okay. I'm going to bed now and cannot stay in attendance, but will check up on your progress in the future~
