2002 dodge 1500 van worked perfect never really any mager problems, we let the van sit all threw the winter till now. we tryed strating it but wont. battery is dead i know that. but when i jump start it with a work truck it strats to sound like it wants to strat but doesnt. what could it be..???/

Might be a dead cell on the battery and you'll need more than one battery or truck to start it. Check the voltage on the battery with a multi meter and post back. Also check your battery connections for corrosion, and clean the terminals!

You might also want to put some new gas or drygas in the lines, you probably have water in the fuel tank from condensation.
