In the morning the van will crank over but the check engine light will not come
on. After Minutes of keeping the key in the run position I hear the shutoff relay
and the fuel pump relay chattering. When the chattering stops the check engine
light comes on and the van will start. I have voltage to the relays just no ground
which comes from the PCM. The cooler it is the longer it take for the relays to
activate. I am desperate to get this resolved but don't want to replace the PCM if it
is not the problem. Please help.
best sort fix pull used fuel relay & switch it out if that stopsit get someone to run the brain codes & re-set them....while your at find out if there is amagic reset button they hide on other models....also run fuelpump test see if failling then post info & any diegrams ya can find.........all hidden under lock & key
