1990 Dodge B250 Headlights

Headlights went out, no tail lights, brake lights, dash lights and power locks quit all at
once.

Finally gave up and paid for repairs. The mechanic traced down a blown fusable link under the dash and bypassed it. There are no charts showing one under the dash. He traced it down with a power sourcing tester. Putting power to dead wires until one started the headlight buzzer.
