i have a 91 gt 5.0 its to low what do i need to lift it into a normal gt?

Sounds like you bought this vehicle used and the previous owner lowered it with different springs. Try searching eBay or rock auto for stock springs. Then you'll have to find a shop to install the new springs. New stock springs will probably run you $150-$200, and the install should be in the $400 range.
