All of a sudden my rear wipers on my 2004 PT Cruiser stopped working. Could it be a fuse?

Maybe, if the fuse is good, check the wiper motor for voltage, if that's good inspect the wiring in the hatch area, this sometimes rubs and cracks from opening and closing the hatch.
