ok a couple of days ago my pt curier stop the battier was died and it want even turn over could it be my stater per say right

Have your battery charged and checked, if it fails the test replace it, then you need to have the charging system checked to see of your alternator is functioning properly, the way you listed your problem I believe that your alternator has failed.
