2004 pt cruiser taking a while to shift gears

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

From a stop,  my pt takes a while to shift
gears. It is automatic.  When can I found to
help this? And what does it mean? The car
has 131k miles. Thanks

When was it last serviced? Solenoids could be varnished up, they might need replaced.

Check the transmission fluid level which would mean you have a leak
