When a car won't crank to start the three first things to think of are battery, battery cable connections, starter solenoid, starter. OK, Battery is good, but let's eliminate the ignition switch. Does anything happen, the radio, lights, power windows, work with it in 'on' (not acc) position? Ok Let's go with those things work. Make sure the cables to and from your known good battery, the ground to chassis/frame MUST be good and solid. The positive clamp nice and tight. All well so far? Have the solenoid and starter tested.
