2002 PT Cruiser Radiator Fan Fuses

Asked by Apr 26, 2017 at 09:55 PM about the 2002 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Ok..I found 3 fuses for the fan..1 is a 40 then theres 2 others that are big black ones. 1 is for Radiator relay low speed the other 1 is for high speed. If either the low or high speed fuses are not working would it make a difference when the fan comes on etc? The fan was check and working about a month ago. Ive looked at the fan at different times and haven't seen it run but not sure when it would be..

well depending on the temperature...with the a/c on one automatically comes on...after she starts to overheat, the other comes on~ the thermostatic control is a semiconductor....perhaps you may examine the engagement temps~
