Car over heated and water pump was unplugged and thermostats bad

Car firing still and I pulled over
cause was overheating but also
had bad temp sensor. Fixed all
and belts look new but just spins
over but not hitting

Overheating can affect all those electronic sensors. You might have fried the crankshaft position sensor or some other one. Have a code scanner put on it or just take it to a mechanic; you'll need one anyway.
