Why does my 2001 Pt cruiser bust the radiators? Second this year....

Asked by Oct 23, 2015 at 06:11 PM about the 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was having the same fan issue that everyone else had and we straight wired it, and now the radiator is busted again. I don't know why or how.... I'm lost. I think maybe the missing motor blot maybe letting the motor hit the radiator? is this possible?
Thank you,
April

Yes if missing bolt in motor mount. Some motors move quite a bit back and forth.
