What do I do now to fix my car?

Asked by Aug 29, 2014 at 02:23 AM about the 2001 Chrysler PT Cruiser Limited

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 117K miles on my car.  Changed the water pump and timing belt @ 87K miles.
Just had new radiator and thermostat changed.  Having issues with my air conditioning
blower not always working, but may not be related with the cooling system.  I hear
burbeling noises sometimes when I turn off my car and usually there is steam coming
out on drivers side under the hood and close to my windshield.  Oh and also have a
new fan.  I love my car, but if it's a head gasket I don't know if I should continue on.  I've
spent aprox. $900 in the last month trying to get this problem fixed.  What do you
suggest??

Steam under the hood is a leak. Find out what is leaking, hose or from the block? Maybe the heater core and or heater hoses?
