Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my scan tool says my timing is 12 degrees, is that what it is supposed to be? I have error code 1391, changed sensors, wiring seems ok.....wondering if timing jumped...

What is description of code 1391? and are you confusing ignition timing with crank/cam timing? what sensors were changed? is there a drivability issue?

code of p1391- Intermittent loss of CMP or CKP (Cam or Crank position sensors). both replaced..and no I am not confusing the two...once you time the cam and crank that obviously puts the motor itself in "time" and every motor has to run "in time"...but what is the actual timing the motor is supposed to run?
