What is wrong with my horn?

My horn is moody. It will work once or twice then it wont the next two or three
times then it works again. What might be the issue?

could be the horn , could be the switch , could be a relay , No one here is going to know without taking things apart and checking . Start with the horn itself , does it have power and ground when you hit the switch ?
