Door panel card needs to come off. There most likely are hidden screws in or around the handle area. A thin pry bar puller tool usually is needed to undue the fasteners to the panel. Be super careful if the glass is stuck all the way up. I put foam in the bottom well are before trying to do any work on the motor itself. Good Luck!
