Is there a recall or warranty for the front strut towers on 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager SE, 3.3l V-6

I have a 2000 Chrysler Grand Voyager S E, 3.3 V-6, auto trans,P.S.,P.B.,A/C,P.W.,P.D.L.,
I Replaced the Front Struts with the complete assembly ( strut with coil spring ).
The Strurt Towers are very Rusted,especially the Drivers side is almost rusted through.
Is there any Recall or Warranty,or Repair or Repair Parts for the Strut Towers.

if there is a recall for dodge caravan strut towers , why isn't there a recall for the grand voyager ?
