Car will not start to roll up windows or start car

Car was fine,  a half hour later the car will not start or roll up windows.  the interior lights
do come on

Try jumping the battery and then taking it to an autozone to see it battery can hold a charge. This could be the problem it doesn't have enough juice to turn over to start
