1999 ford windstar check engine light keeps blinking, what could be wrong?

A blinking light can only mean one thing, you have a misfire You must fix this ASAP you will cause damage to you converters if you dont. Start with a tune-up with plugs and wires, these are known for bad coils too. It has 1 coil pack that costs about 75.00 do all this and you will be good to go
