2004 T-BIRD REAR BRAKE CALIBER-REPLACING PADS, HOW DO YOU COMPRESS?
There are caliper compress tools ($38 Amazon)
But I have always used a C-clamp ...open bleeder first
Several ways from brute force to special tools. I, like FordNut just use a C-clamp and it works fine.
Your vehicle has the emergency brake made into the caliper so your vehicle needs a special tool that turns piston and pushes in at the same time. Your local parts store like auto zone will lend it to you.
Right you are firebird338. Didn't think of that, not paying attention to rear caliper in OP. Thanks for the correction
