Drove through flooded water, from yesterday's rain, after I drove it the check engine light starts blinking, kept driving and then it turned off. Should I be worried?
On my way to work I drove through flooded
water, from yesterday's rain, right after I
drove it through the check engine light
turns on and starts blinking, my car started
to shake, but I kept driving and then it
turned off on its own. I am leaving the car
running, are there any possible problems I
should watch out for. Thanks
It depends on how deep the water was, but you could have water in the transmission or crankcase. Check the fluids. You must have a least gotten some moisture in some electrical components.
Water went up or around half of my tires
