Ard I have changed the starter on my 02 ford Taurus .But the same thing is happening everything in the car comes but it wont turn over and the 30 fuse is repeatedly blowing what could be the problem??
A couple of things come to mind. First your problem is obviously electrical. Other than maybe you got a bum replacement starter, there's a short between the ignition and the starter. Have you done some sort of unrelated work to the vehicle just before this started? When you pulled the old starter how did the wires look? Dose the fuse blow instantly or do you get a fee starts before it fries?
Now we found some wires that was melting on a pipe just fixed that now the car sounds like it want to turn over but it wont ... and the fuse isnt blowing now... what to do????
Is there a chance that the battery is low? Dose it turn over at all? A sound from the starter? Do you have a 2nd key? Good job on finding the wires. :-)
