Plugged fuel filter, low fuel pressure, ISC dirty or slow to respond, dirty throttle body, a bad spot in the TPS, a sensor misread to the ECM, dirty air filter, factory put in copper plugs instead of platinum plugs. Just a few things to check.

Need more specifics , is it when it's cold, hot, all the time, when I give it gas or when I'm decelerating . Try to explain issue with all ambient inputs. Thanks , look forward to pointing you in right direction.
