Its either egr hose or manifold that
keeps coming out. Do I need to change
the manifold or egr?

Look near the hose that is popping off to find the PCV valve , I suspect that is is clogged creating more pressure in your system popping off the other hose. Replace it and see if it helps, they are around $10.
