My car is sputtering

My car runs fine tell it warms up the at about 4000
sometimes 3500 it start sputtering  like it trying to
run out of gas it don't die out it just sputters

When was the last time you did a tune up on it, it may need new spark plugs. If not, clean throttle body. Are you getting any check engine codes?

I agree with Irodri911, although my first to start would be the fuel filter. Then most likely the throttle body which may need to be replaced or (cleaned--temp solution) Also it could be one or more of the "pick up coils" A very good question posted by Irodr911--are there any ck engine codes registered on the OBD2 scanner ? This would isolate the problem. May I recommend that you take your car to Advance Auto Parts or Auto Zone where they offer a FREE scan will advice you of the issue. Thanks, George

replace coil pack and plugs , clean throttle body and may need to replace the camshaft position sensor
