Amber, there should be two of them, you will need the right tools and a lot of muscle. The engine will need to be hoisted up or jacked up from the bottom to remove the old ones and reinstall the new. They are held down with bolts and need to be torqued down. I only recommend doing the change if you know what your doing and have a shop manual or instructions on how to do it.
