abs sesor replced.light stays on.code c 1596 and b1297 when I run test

May need to use scanner to clear code

did use scanner and soon as you get up 10mph abs light display again

Same code? If you used aftermarket parts that may be the problem. If the abs cable got pulled that will cause open circuit, check that the toothed ring (reluctor) is intact and attached to hub,and that nose of sensor is free of metal filings from brake wear.

Front wheel? Did you recently replace a cv axle recently?

I put new hub and bearing and sensor on and light stays on.got 2 codes.1 is the abs sensor and2nd is open circuit power relay sensor.

ok

Open circuit indicates a wire broken, or not fully connected, or defective sensor, it worked fine before?
