Parking, dash lights don't come on. All others work

Why don't I have parking lights or dash lights when
I turn the switch to on position?

Maybe a bad fuse or bad bulbs.

I've checked the bulbs and all the fuses. Getting power to the fuse block. When brakes are applied all the rear lights work. Looking for other solutions
