2006 Explorer will not start I changed the fuel filter and spark plugs. Still wont start.

Air, Fuel, Spark. Check for fuel pressure at the rail to determine if it is within specs. Make sure the air filter is not completely clogged, Then use an HEI spark detector to see if power is getting to each plug when cranked.
