Typically the keyless entry code is located in a "black box" that is located under the instrumentation panel to the left of the steering wheel. The panel is held closed by a screw. Once you open the panel there should be a decal that has your five digit keyless entry code written on it. If you use a dealer for service you could also ask them to locate it for you. It would take them about 2 minutes and shouldn't cost anything.

I found my key code for my 2003 ford explorer eddie bauer on the passenger side where the seat belt is located. Remove the plastic from where the seat belt comes through and you will see a white sticker with 5 numbers and there it is

Forgot to mention that it is in the back seat!
