We're the struts the same length as what you took out? If the stoke is shorter on the strut then the ride height will be lower as well. Always match replacement parts with the ones you are removing, you never know they could be mislabeled.

i have an 02 ford exlorer xls. front end, drivers side, is on a car jack. it has 4x4 auto, is the wheel supposed to b locked or turn freely?And i hear a clunking when turning. is my transfer case bad?
