I got a 2002 Ford explorer xlt and put a aftermarket keys in the truck and then the anti theft light will not let it crank so were can rest the button so I can go to work

The old key has a chip in it. The new one doesn't.

Keith there is right and there is no simple re-set button. You have to get transponder keys and have them programmed
