Does anyone know which fuse to remove for a 2002 Ford Exploer for the door ajar light?
There is not a specific fuse for that.
Your problem is most probably the "door ajar switch" on the drivers side door. You'll have to remove the panel obviously. The switches are side specific, probably, so if you plan on replacing it make sure you indicate which door it is for. They cost about twenty five bucks each. Once you remove the panel and the connections for windows and locks you will see the lead toing to the switch. It's tight, so you will probably have to remove the mechanism to move the switch up. It's a twist in 90 degree connection. Is the problem constant or only occasional?
Is there any other ford explorer xlt 2013 have problem with the door ajar sensor?
