every thing reads but the catalytic converter and O2 sensors

I guess that you are using a live data scan tool, but can't get a reading on the exhaust sensors. Are there any codes for the sensors? If not then there is either a failure in the serial buss connector at the ECM or the serial data stream out is just missing that data. I would try another scan tool first and see if that data is there on another tool.

I dont know what you mean by the catalytic converter dosent read. what exactly are you trying to read and do you have the vehicle running? your pre cat 02 sensors should switch rapidly. your post cat 02 sensors shouldnt switch they should stay steady. what are your voltages reading for all the 02 sensors?

If there are not any codes and it is running properly, then don't worry about some missing data at this time. The system is sensitive enough to set a code and turn on the light if something is out of specs.
