What can be a solution for 2002 Ford Explorer to
move in reverse but not in drive

IIF the trans is NOT low on fluid, and DOESN'T have a clogged filter, and the BAND ADJUSTMENT is correct, I'd have it towed in for an evaluation. Many people never do band adjustments and its POSSIBLE that there is just too much wear there, but if its been slipping for a while that may not help. If it doesn't move at ALL in drive, whatever you do, DON'T race the engine trying to get it to move, you'll probably cause more damage.
