2002 ford explorer misfire

I have a 2002 ford explorer eddie bauer 4.6 it has a
new motor and transmission about 40000 miles on
it and boom throwing codes for a misfire p316 so i
changed the plugs coils pigtails just not sure what
to do next its idling really bad and engine light
flashing when stopped

Check each plug for firing,if you have spark at every plug,you have a bad fuel injector,
