water leaking from exhaust pipe
When i wake up in the morning for work i notice that there is water leaking from my exhaust pipe on my 2001 ford explorer XLT. Does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing the problem? I have tried to google it but ive had no success finding anything.
Do you live in a very humid area? After warm up, does it stops? If both yes, I wouldn't worry; a condensation issue. If both no, probably a burned head gasket or cracked head.
since catalitic converters came in production in automobile vehicules tend to do this, since the cat...transfers carbone dioxide into oxygen, droplets of water mighty be noticiable from the exaust systeme even in warm days it's when you see white fumes coming out the exaust system in the summer you need to worry about.Hope helped you.
Thats totally normal.
