battery is full of power: car is very quietly not starting

What could be wrong with my 01 f/ explorer. Id turn it
off Nd with not so much as a click, it wouldnt start.
Car did this a few times now it wont even begin to
$tart.

What it sounds like to me is that your starter has gone out if you can locate it you can try to start it with screw driver and hammer. If your lights come on and everything is not your battery or your alternator

Check the voltage on the battery with a multi-meter. Should be 12.5 volts or so. If below 12 volts, charge. Suspect battery, alternator, or both. If battery has sufficient power, move on to the starter and check.
