What would cause a high rpm power loss the car idles fine but when you accelerate it bogs the motor down

The car idles fine even at low rpms it seems ok but when it gets towards 3000ish rpms it starts to bog back down
like something's restricting it

wat make my 2006 ford taruas sel loss speed aslo like when i go 60 mph it feel like i am going 45 mph
