Ford 1993 power steering pump

Replaced power steering  pump all
belts are good tight and no leaks
also bleed air out but power steering
still go hard to soft when driving

Sounds more like a control valving problem than a pump, as it is a 93 most likely it is no longer serviceable and so the steering rack will have to be replaced, but call around, you still might find someone that has a overhaul kit if your into rebuilding it yourself. If just replace the steering rack.
