Fuel pump shutoff switch may have been activated. It's an emergency feature designed to kill the electric pump in case of an accident. -- http://www.manualslib.com/manual/616196/Ford-Expedition.html?page=285

Ken is correct....the inertia switch probably has been tripped. It is easily re-settable. http://www.autozone.com/repairinfo/repairguide/repairGuideContent.jsp? pageId=0996b43f802c548f
