2004 Ford Expedition OD not woring right

When driving my Expedition shift fine until it get to the OD then it sounds like it in neutral.

Apparently you lost the top gear which probably means you will loose the rest of them soon. Check the fluid level and top it off but if that does not do it take it to a transmission shop.
