How do I have my lights come on with the auto switch is on is it a sensor if so where is it

There is a little postage stamp size grill mesh on the dash, the sensor is behind that, there is an adjusting screw for sensitivities, might try changing that setting first.

Be sure the mesh is clean and not full of dust and dirt. That can cause it to not work right

For the life of me I can't find the mesh screen on my dash. Is there a specific location.

It should be almost center of the dash, up by the defroster vents.
