My 03 Expedition experiences battery drain overnight

Check the rear wiper and see if the motor is hot, if it is then there’s your problem.

If your battery is dying overnight check the battery voltage with a multimeter. If it isn't at 12volts when you recharge it or get a new battery and the charge keeps going down it might be the alternator.

Agree with Bob - You probably left something on that is not typically seen when you exit the car. Courtesy light, map light, dash lights, power seat energized (but stuck), etc. Then try the fuse pulling process if you didn't find the problem.
