I get a message that the 4x4 is engaged or temporary not engage don my 2006 escape

On dry pavement my right front tire spins when making a turn and also I get a
message that the 4x4 is temporary engaged or not engaged in the snow and
one tire will spin and the other will not

Best leave this one to the professionals, there are just too many electronic/mechanical systems involved to make this AWD work properly for the novice to handle unless they have all the special equipment needed.
